Customer Story of Bianca

Hello, I am Bianca, now 42 years old and live with my family on the beautiful island of Tholen. My hobbies are my children and love to read. A few years ago after giving birth to our second child I weighed over 110 kg and I realized that I really had to change my lifestyle and my nutrition.

Through an acquaintance, I was made aware of the low-carb diet. Actually ketogenic. I read up on it and started with full courage. The pounds flew off and now I have lost 40 kg. I used to be a real bread eater, and still am. And that was most of what I missed in my new lifestyle. No more bread because of the high carbs. Then I was tipped off by someone who told me that bread did exist that fit within this diet. That's how I started my first order from healthy bakers. 

Thanks to this bread, my new lifestyle is fine to maintain, and still feel like I can eat all the goodies you would normally eat kwa bread. Only finished a whole wheat bread, but then you immediately feel tired and exhausted. 

I first bought 1 thing of all the products to try. The low carb bread, the low carb pistolets, the low carb buns and the low carb baguette. And was immediately sold after tasting everything. So I could still enjoy eating bread that fits within my diet. Enjoying a baguette during summer BBQs. In the weekend I could eat a roll or sandwich without feeling guilty. 

I usually fry an egg for on the bread, the buns I use for a hamburger sandwich. And the pistolets often as a knakworst sandwich. The baguettes I often use in the summer with a BBQ with herb butter. 

Recently I also started using the crackers, delicious with filet american for example. 

Surely my favorite product is the protein bread, which scores very close to whole wheat bread in terms of texture. 

The webshop is super clear, and easy to order, the delivery is very fast, the next day at home, and the shelf life at least 3 weeks. I often order once every 3 months, and freeze it. The day before I want to eat it, I take it out of the freezer and bake it.
