aroma(GERST), Enzyme(alpha-amylase(TARWE)), enzymes(TARWE), inactivated TARWE sourdough(dried), potassium iodide, flour improver(E920, E300), Vegetable Oil(rapeseed), starter culture(TARWE,ROGGE), TARWE malt flour(roasted)

Store dry, dark and sealed at room temperature. Store sealed after baking. Freeze for 5 months without loss of quality.

One package contains a loaf of approximately 800 g.

On average, you will receive our products with a THT (best before date) of 2 to 3 weeks. Sometimes this period may be slightly longer or shorter, but we always guarantee a minimum THT of 7 days upon receipt.

After the THT date, you can check the product by looking, smelling and tasting. Our products are specially low-oxygen packaged to maintain their freshness.

You can also freeze our products without loss of quality, both before and after baking. This allows you to easily extend the THT by 2 to 5 months.

Preheat oven to 210 degrees and bake briefly for 10-12 minutes.
