Our white wheat sourdough bread, made according to a self-developed sourdough culture, is the perfect choice for anyone who loves traditionally baked bread. The long rise time and the use of different flours and ingredients give the desem bread a rich and special taste.

Just bake it off and within minutes you have a delicious fresh sourdough white bread on the table. Thanks to the special packaging, the bake-off bread stays fresh for an extra long time and you can freeze it for up to 5 months without losing quality.

Ingredients

TARWE flour(59.75%), TARWE ROGGE leaven (16.95%), water, ROGGE flour, SPELT flour(TARWE), inactivated TARWE leaven(dried), baking salt, TARWE gluten, yeast, sugar, dextrose, SOJA flour, inactivated yeast, aroma, enzyme (alpha-amylase(TARWE)), enzymes(TARWE), GERST malt(roasted), potassium iodide, flour improver (L-Cysteine, ascorbic acid), vegetable oil (rapeseed), TARWE malt, TARWE malt flour.

Store cool, dark and dry. Keep sealed after opening. Can be kept for 2 days after opening. Freeze for 5 months without loss of quality.

One package contains a loaf of approximately 770 g.

On average, you will receive our products with a THT (best before date) of 2 to 3 weeks. Sometimes this period may be slightly longer or shorter, but we always guarantee a minimum THT of 7 days upon receipt.

After the THT date, you can check the product by looking, smelling and tasting. Our products are specially low-oxygen packaged to maintain their freshness.

You can also freeze our products without loss of quality, both before and after baking. This allows you to easily extend the THT by 2 to 5 months.

Preheat oven to 210 degrees and bake briefly for 10-12 minutes.
